1 hour long introductory phone call to troubleshoot any issues
Room and routine evaluation: an in-home addition 2 hours long to evaluate the sleep space and bedtime routine in person prior to the creation of the sleep plan.
1 personalised sleep plan tailored to your child's needs
1 additional child can be included free of charge
1 half-hour phone call to familiarise parents with the plan and ensure comfort in its implementation
Unlimited e-mail support
4 short follow-up phone calls over a two-week period to monitor progress and address concerns
2 weeks of ongoing support for adjustments and guidance
